Valkyrie Fitness is a privately family owned home based fitness studio that provides fitness training to clients who prefer being coached outside of the big gym setting. I am Certified through ISSA a internationally accredited organization and the NCCA a nationally accredited organization who oversees the quality of health and wellness credentials in the U.S. I provide 1-on1 personal training, semi privet training, small group training, and privet training to clients in their home who have access to their own equipment or an onsite gym. I offer a way for my clients to stay or become healthy at an affordable price away from the large often crowed public gyms.
